I am firmly convinced that sustainable growth is only possible through clear strategies, genuine relationships, and continuous adaptation. Employees need to be able to understand how they contribute to a company’s strategy to feel truly engaged. Leaders must not only communicate their strategies but also develop them collaboratively with their teams to build genuine buy-in. I also believe that businesses need more courage to break away from traditional hierarchies and adopt modern, agile structures. Some companies believe that leadership should be strictly top-down - yet I have learned that change is most effective when co-created with the team.
Driven by the vision of helping businesses and leaders not just define strategies but implement them with conviction and clarity, I am always inspired when I see businesses undergo real transformation - not just in leadership, but in their overall culture.

Trivia
- I am very determined: before returning to Germany from Asia, knowing I would not have access to my favourite Asian food anymore, I took a number of cooking classes to prepare - with fairly satisfying results.
- Humor is important: A day without a good laugh is a lost day - even if it is laughing about myself occasionally.
- My favourite saying: "Those who bury their head in the sand leave themselves exposed." Something to definitely avoid - although it sometimes requires courage to face the world head-on!
