Customized Team Workshops

Who It Is For

(Leadership) Teams and departments that need to be actively involved in the transformation of the business, ensuring everyone moves in the same direction.

What It Entails

Engaging, dynamic workshops that encourage team members to actively think about and shape the future of the company. These sessions are designed to drive alignment, encourage idea-sharing, and develop a collective sense of ownership. Together, we look into the current cultural set-up, vision statement and purpose, develop or adapt the strategy by applying forward-looking methodologies, and define measurable contributions in the form of quantitative KPIs and/ or qualititive Objectives and Key Results (OKR). We also establish clear communication around goals and progress to ensure transparency.

Example Format

A series of full-day or half-day workshops (typically 1 - 3), which can be a combination of in-person or virtual workshops with interactive elements, with each session focusing on a different aspect of the strategy - from vision setting to specific action planning and follow-up, tailored to your individual needs. Pre-workshop assessments and post-workshop follow-up sessions ensure a successfull implementation.

Interim Strategy Lead

Who It Is For

Companies that are lacking resources like a marketing or strategy department or are looking for a strategy project lead.

What It Entails

We are taking over the project management for developing and implementing the strategy so you do not have to create an extra role internally. We coordinate your organization, working closely with you and your management team, while at the same time providing hands-on support until the changes are established and the strategy is embedded into your daily work processes - ready for you to continue on what has been built.

Example Format
